Check engine light evaluation
I emailed and got a date scheduled to drop my car off for evaluation due to check engine light being on. I dropped it on a Thursday evening for a Friday morning appointment. It was frustrating that I didn’t hear from them all day, so I called at 3:30 for an update and they had just started looking at it. I received a call a little before 5:00 letting me know the issue and giving me options to pick it up that evening for the weekend or leaving it and it would be fixed promptly Monday morning. I appreciated the urgency in getting it done Monday after leaving it all weekend as I received a call about 10:00am saying it was ready for pickup.
