So where do I begin, First I had my vehicle towed there October 1, 2017, I was told it would be a few days before the mechanic would get a look at my vehicle for a diagnosis because of their workload. So I waited to hear back from them, 1 week goes by and I had not gotten word back related to an inspection on my vehicle, so I reached out and called the garage, I spoke to the mechanic, and he assured me that he would get a look at my car in next day or so, again I waited a few more days, and still had not heard back from the garage. I again called them to see if any progress had been made relating to the diagnosis of my vehicle, again speaking to the mechanic he states that "No, haven't gotten around to looking at it, but I will get a look at it the next week." So if your staying tuned to this report, this would mean that my car has been in their parking lot over (2) weeks and not a single paid employee of this establishment has taken the time to inspect my vehicle.
Week 3 arrives and after some back and forth conversations with the garage's counter sales staffer he assures me that I will a have diagnosis soon. I receive a message October 19th that the battery on the car is dead and either they can provide one (for an outrages amount) or I can bring a battery in and have them install it. Again I want to remind the readers that installing a battery is only going to get power to the car, the vehicle still needs to have an inspection/diagnosis completed. So I drop off a battery the next day, I receive a call 5pm Friday October 20th stating the vehicle was in need of fuel pump. I decide to bring in the fuel pump and drop it off, I find that it is a special order pump and I need a few days for shipping, however I'm still able to drop off the pump to the shop by Wed. October 25th.
Week (5) October 30th arrives and I receive word that my pump is being installed however there some broken brake lines, funny thing is that I didn't expirence any brake issues before I brought it there, and so I ask the counter sales staffer to call me with an estimate on brake line repair before they start that repair. Once again I did not hear back from the shop with any sort of estimate on brake repair. So next morning I call the garage again to check the status of the vehicle, I now speak to the owner (Tom Zaspel) he tells me that vehicle is almost done and that brake line repair is just about done, I don't recall approving the brake repair, they repaired the brake line for parts cost. As of today's date 11-25-2017 my vehicle is back at another shop having brake line repair work redone again because of shoddy workmanship provided by the Professional Garage. I'm very disappointed in their work to say the least.
I picked up my vehicle November 3rd 2017 it again runs. With this experience I personally would have to give 2 big thumbs down for this business, based on lack of consideration for customers time and a lack communication. No I would not return nor refer anyone to this garage, STAY AWAY if you need your vehicle repairs done in a timely manner.
