As Allways Great people !
Fuel tank straps and a leaky radiator and a power window gone bad Might as well change the oil too AWESOME ! Next one is gonna be Either the mid bearing on driveshaft or clutch Maybe both ?

Gloria, Larry, Chris and everyone at The Shop made an unexpected incident easy to get through. They gave me detailed information, dealt with the warranty company and even gave me a ride to pick up my car. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

The best shop in metro Detroit
I purchased a vehicle that couldn’t start up. I took my vehicle to 2 different auto repair shops. No one could figure out what was wrong. Took my vehicle to The shop and after a lot of trouble shooting my vehicle was back up & running. Great work guys

Above and Beyond
I’ve been coming here for a while and can confidently say this is the only place I trust with my car. The team is always kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Their communication is top tier. I appreciate how they keep me in the loop without overwhelming me, and they always explain what’s going on in a way that makes sense.

As someone who works full time and goes to school, I really value how efficient they are. They respect my time, which means everything. And the pricing? So fair. That matters a lot when you’re 20 and paying for everything on your own. I always feel like I’m getting quality service without being overcharged.

Most of all, you can tell they genuinely care, both about the car and the customer. Special shoutout to Gloria, who is always amazing and goes the extra mile. I happily pay for their service because I know I’m in good hands.

Seriously, cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for all you guys do!!

Above and beyond
As always they have gone above and beyond fixing everything that was wrong. Warranties included, even on the free wiper blades I was given. You can really tell that they take pride in their work and try to give the best deal possible.

Quiet as a church nurse
I brought my van in because it was insanely and obnoxiously loud due to a muffler problem. Sam, Gloria and the team got me in and out in one day. And for a great price!! So glad they came to the Shores.

Oil Change
