Taking care of customers
Car is given a complete inspection. They send you the information and suggest what (if any) repairs are needed to be done and in order of importance. Customer service wants to work with at all times. Excellent in my opinion.

Said and Done
After trying to have the Chrysler dealership correct a problem and they wanted me to leave the van with them until the following Monday (total of 5 days) I said no.
Stopped by Thunderbird and was helped immediately. My appointment was set for the next day. I was told it would take two houre. Well, they did just what was promised. I'm considering having them do some work I would normally have the dealership do.
