Great customer service
The customer service was great. I believe they did what was needed. My main issue is that I dropped my car off at 8 o’clock in the morning just for a normal service. I expected a phone call to let me know everything was good, my car was ready for pick up. That never happened. I called at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and was told oh your car is sitting here waiting for you. Tech never called and said things were done. Tech never called to say my car was ready for pick up so my assumption is it was serviced, but I don’t know because no one from there ever called me with an update

Service in office was great - sloppy work on my car
The guys in the office are great but this is the second time I have been disappointed by sloppy work on my car. After an oil change, I came home to find they had spilled oil all over my engine, causing oil to drip all over my driveway and garage. This is the second time this has happened! Not sure I will return even though I have been bringing my car here for 6 years. How hard is it to clean up after yourselves when working on vehicles in your service?

I took my car in for an oil change and an overall check as I normally do. The customer service was receptive in assisting me. JD the service advisor was exceptional. He understands and knows his job extremely well. He makes his customers feel welcome. I won't go anywhere else, because of the polite and professional service. Thank you, JD! Because of you, my car is still going strong. Thanks to the service managers also, they are exceptional in what they do.

I recently went in for a complementary oil change and was assisted by the same amazing Sales person Paul T. who assisted me with the purchase of my brand new Hyundai Venue. I was a little confused on where to go but he guided me to the Service Area where he introduced me to Anthony C. who was a very informative and helpful Service consultant. I love visiting this dealership for any service needs, their team shows the utmost professionalism and customer service skills!

Very unhappy
Recently my car stopped running and was towed into the dealership on Friday morning. After calling at least four times a day I finally got a message from them that I could pick up a rental car and that they had ordered a part. On the following Friday my car was ready. The only person I got a response from was the lady in the service department. She was great but I do feel I should have had an answer from my service representative. This is the second factory repair I have had and I am not happy. Also I am suppose to be getting 39 miles to the gallon and I am lucky to get 29. I am NOT happy with this hybrid Tucson or the dealership. Stay away.
