Dishonest? Or just not knowledgeable about there product.
I bought a car that was scheduled to be delivered to the lot. I was told that this car had certain features that it did not by my salesperson. I did some research and found that it probably wouldn’t. So I called the dealership to check. I was actually going to upgrade, But a different salesperson told me that it was a rare car and that it would have all the features that I specified that I wanted.
When we picked up the car, I asked our salesperson again. He again said that it would have it.
He didn’t walk us through the features of the vehicle make sure that it was all set up for us. Basically I felt rushed out the door.
I should have read specs when we signed. And not trusted the “knowledgeable”sales department. So I’m know that that is really on me. But all in all I feel like when you are paying above MSRP on a &50,000 vehicle. Service should be at least very good. I feel like it was subpar. Still love my Palisade though!
