They died quickly and wrote poorly, and even though they were a small detail Tom didn't want them representing us in any way. Gus at Make It So Printing tracked down a much better manufacturer and we switched, and now the pens are something to brag about. Granted, it's not the biggest draw for clients, but even the tiny details matter.
