We're in business to make money so we definitely want to do the work ourselves, but when we find something that can be handled better by another shop, or especially by the Dealer under warranty, we ALWAYS tell our client. They should EXPECT that behavior from us because that's part of the trustworthy relationship we try so hard to build. And we expect it of the people we work with too. A golden example is a recent order for frisbees for summer giveaways. Gus Hill at Make It So Printing has been our sole source for printing and swag for many years because of his quality, price, and customer service. He's in business for money and I'm sure wanted this job, but he told us that all his suppliers had either massive shipping or tariff expenses we'd have to pay. He recommended another company that had free shipping, changing the project from out-of-the-ballpark to easily done. Yes, he lost this project, but you can bet we'll be back on our next one because we KNOW we're dealing with someone on our side. That's worth an awful lot!
