Your loose splash shield only needed seconds of diagnostic time, three inexpensive plastic connectors, and a few minutes to pop them in. We obviously can’t deliver while-you-wait service or free parts for everyone but for simple things we can make some exceptions, especially for a 30-year client! We look forward to seeing you again soon… but never TOO soon!
I asked if I could stay and wait until they diagnosed the problem. The guys at the desk graciously agreed. Then the problem was easily and quickly fixed. It was easy. They had the parts & they would not even let me pay them. They said "This one is on us!"
