I made an appointment at Tom Dwyer for a brake job on our Toyota Highlander. I had been told six months earlier by the dealer that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I just preferred to have Dwyer do the work. But before starting the work, Dwyer's people say they wanted to do a brake inspection for $30. They called me later that morning with the news that the front brake pads were in fine shape. I had been misled by the Toyota service people, and very much appreciated the honesty I found at Tom Dwyer's.

A pleasure, David, and thank you. Our competitive nature really comes out in situations like yours... nothing's more fun than making someone happier than the shop they came from. We'll keep it up!
