Very honest and reliable
I have been going to Top Auto for past 8 years. I like the service and honesty in the diagnosis. I have never walked away unhappy with the service. They service all my vehicles and keeps records which makes it very helpful for me know when was last time any preventative maintenance done.

Not Happy
I was charged for something I did not need and therefore am not happy. I wanted a tire repaired but what I got was a new valve stem and the tire still leaking. It cost me $60.00 an an hour of my time. When I took the car back I was told that I won’t be charged for labor when I bring the new tire back to be put on the car.

Honest and Reliable
I would just go there for their honest service, dealer suggested to replace my brake pads but my pads had more than 40% life left. Top Auto did the right thing by keeping my old pads, not to mention that dealer asked to even replace rotors which are in great condition.
