This is the third time I've had vehicle damage repaired. The first time was NOT with Top Gun, and I deeply regret that experience. The next time I had damage needing repair, we opted to use Top Gun Auto Body and were so impressed that when our new vehicle was hit and incurred some damage, we immediately went with Top Gun again. Fingers crossed that I don't continue to need repair work done in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely continue to use Top Gun Auto Body.

Poor communication
Work was done without prior approval to the tune of almost 7x insurance estimated cost.

Fixed a rock chip in the windshield
We called Top Gun to inquire if they fixed rock chips & WOW- what a great surprise!! Not only do they offer this service, but it's free- no charge at all! Hard to believe in this day & age where it seems that everything has gotten really expensive. We called on a Monday & were scheduled for Wednesday. They fixed the chip in about 15 minutes. We were so pleased that later on Wednesday, I was riding with a friend when I noticed she had a rock chip. I told her about Top Gun. We stopped to see when she could get in. They said," Come in anytime after 1:00, & we'll get it done"! Both of us: very satisfied customers!!

took to long
I took my vehicle in for a estimate and made an appointment right then. They could not get me in for 6 weeks, this seems to long to wait for a vehicle that is out of service. The repairs seemed little to moderate and they told me they would need it for aprox. 10 days. I would have estimated generously for 5 days but reluctantly agreed. Took my vehicle in on the appointment day and never heard from them. Finally decided to call them after 2 weeks to find out several stories on why it was not done yet and not expected to be for another 2 weeks. After finally talking to the manager he said he would try for the end of the week. I finally called after another 10 days to tell them I was coming to get it weather it was done or not. Miraculously they had it done when I showed up to get it. This repair took waaaay to long. The labor charge was for 35 hours and they took over 3 weeks to complete that 35 hours when I had an appointment. They also were not honest with me on why it took so long. Their communication sucked!!! The work done was satisfactory.

My vehicle was a loss by the insurance company so I had to pay $500 for Top Gun to reassemble my vehicle. They did a horrible job of reassembly and I had more damage to the vehicle when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. The car looked trashed like it had been left open to the weather elements, my auto windows were not working, seatbelt wasn't working and the car had a horrible shake when driving. All that worked when I dropped it off. Top Gun did fix a few issues upon returning it but when I inspected further, it's still very dirty. Black finger prints all over the headliner, sun visor and seat belt panels. Trim wasn't re-installed properly and in some places has holes now. I will never take a vehicle there again or recommend them to anyone.
