Mike is professional & polite
I feel comfortable with the fair treatment I receive at Top Performance. I do want to speak with Tony about my quote to replace the spark plugs on our 2015 Lexus RX 450h. The bid came in at $1,200. Wow - that’s crazy.
I contacted a few highly rated shops in Portland and their bids ranged from $670 to $900. The $670 bid comes with a 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty.
I want to be loyal - like I have for the past 20+ years but I need a reasonable price for the spark plugs replacement for our Lexus RX 450h.

Top Performance!
Julio is an excellent listener and communicator. I had two issues with my car one was scheduled to be resolved the same day, while the second was set for a later time. About an hour after our initial call, I phoned back to ask if it might be possible to address the second issue that day as well. Julio not only agreed but provided a realistic timeline for that additional work.

In the end, I chose not to move forward due to the extended timeline, and Julio responded with grace and full understanding. I truly appreciated his willingness to adapt the plan, his transparency, and the lack of judgment. He was a pleasure to work with.

The auto technicians also deserve recognition. Their skill and energy made a real difference, and I’m deeply grateful for the care they put into working on my car.

The team at Top Performance stands out as the most professional and courteous I’ve ever worked with. Thank you for building a customer-centric system and an outstanding team. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Your effort is seen and valued.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change and brake system flush. Service was quick and easy. Thorough inspection report turned up need for air filter and battery replacement (which I expected) No pressure. Mission accomplished.
