To make matters worse, the service manager Joey Ronk was extremely rude and condescending, especially toward my immigrant father. She spoke to us loudly and slowly, as if we didn’t understand English. When I questioned their scam tactics, they threatened to call the police on me for no reason.
This dealership has a pattern of doing this to customers—just look at their one-star reviews. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and will try to hold your car hostage for bogus charges. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
