I had transmission issues.
I took my car to the dealership and they said I needed a new transmission. They ended up having to order three and all 3 didn't work. I took it to Trans Max and they did the usual diagnostics and ended up having no issues. They saved me over 6000 dollars. Great, honest, and friendly people. An added bonus is that they're veterans too!!!! Will deffinetly be using them again next time I have transmission issues!!!

We have used Trans Max multiple times in the last few months and they have amazing. Their customer service, courteousness, work ethic and quality of work has exceeded expectations. Chris has been the main person I’ve worked with and I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Working man’s friend
The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable,friendly and patient. The facility had the opportunity to sell me on services my vehicle could wait on, I took their advice saving money at the time (greatly appreciated). I am a return customer and will continue to be as services and repairs are needed.

Quick service
I took my van due to it using fluid, but there was no leak underneath. Called local shop they said they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Called trans max they said bring it in will diagnose it. Two days later the found the problem and repaired it. I was expecting the worst and some shops may have took advantage of that. But trans max tech said trans looks good changed fluid filter fixed leak.

Always Friendly & Helpful
Chris knows his business and wants to make it right. Because of this, his business is very busy, and to do it right, it can take a little extra time... Sorta like going to a place for fine dining or fast food. Takes a little extra time to make it fresh and hot or having a burger from under a heat lamp.

Amazing Service, as always!
I'm a repeat customer because it's always a great experience. Recently I thought my car battery was dying, or maybe there was some electrial issue, but it turned out to be my key fob battery. I got an honest assessment and they spared me the diagnostic fee. Love this place!

Rear end needed rebuilt in my dodge ram 1500
Manufacturer quit making the parts we needed but they substituted it and made sure everything was tiptop. They gave me an extended warranty for it as a “just in case” but so far she’s tearing up the roads. Highly recommend trans max for the customer service alone, excellent work.

THE BEST!
Our beautiful 1959 Buick Invicta convertible needed a new Dynaflow Trans! This was the team to do it! Knowledgeable and skilled to do it. Kept our white convertible top covered and car up on rack for entire time. Kept us updated every two days! Amazing people! Thank you very much!

Excellent service!
We took our car in for a transmission check and to change the trans fluid. The service was excellent. The staff was all friendly, kind and informative. The job was done thoroughly and they went over and above to make sure our trans problems were resolved. We highly recommend this shop!

Family Shop
It was a great experience from the beginning to the end. They treated me like I was part of the family. They keep me informed at all times and gave me the best advice for my vehicle. My vehicle went there with a lot of issues and they fixed them all. I’m grateful with the well done job, from the secretary to the manager to the technician ( mechanic).
