A super quick repair!!
Was very pleased with the explanations given regarding what was going wrong in the vehicle. The catalytic converter had been replaced two years ago (I didn't remember what repair company completed the work) and needed replacing again. Shay said he replaced it then, and it was under warranty, and he'd replace it again. He could have easily neglected to tell me it was under warranty but didn't. That right there saved ME a lot of money. His honesty will have me gladly recommending him to friends and family. He's approachable, friendly, and easy to converse with. Thank you so much. Leonor W.
