I brought my Jeep in for a replacement O2 sensor that was diagnosed through AutoZone, and it took less than an hour for the install. However, once they opened my hood, they realized that I had no oil plug… Although I took it to a dealership several months ago for an oil change and a new oil pan, and it had been spraying oil all over my engine!!! Could’ve been super dangerous and super costly so I’m glad that I trust these guys to fix it and be honest and make it right. I won’t take my jeep anywhere else.
