Lauren said when she took her vehicle in, she knew what was wrong and told them what needed to be fixed. They told her it could be something else that would be less money. They did the work , charged her $175 and that did not fix the problem. She took the vehicle to another business and got the work done that she asked for in the first place, but ended up spending $175 more than she needed to. She stated, although, she does not have anything concrete to back this up with she feels like they did this to her because she is a woman. She will never go back.
