Horrible customer service
I Bought a BRAND new 2023 Elantra from them, they happily charged me for everything and upscaled me as well. I have had this new car and I paid on time yet they refuse to give me a second key fob which I paid for and I have been paying interest. After you sign the papers for a NEW car you are not even a blip on the radiat. I paid for two (2) key fobs not one) They do not vare once papers are signed, they will gladly take your money.
