The only issue was the time it took for Ultimate to acquire the windshield before installing it. I was told it was a supply problem and not their fault, and I take their word at face value.

The service technician was kind and friendly and everything was great EXCEPT there were fingerprints all over the outer 6" of the windshield, pretty much from top to bottom on both sides, and there are black, greasy-looking fingerprints on the headliner between the visor and the door on the driver's side. I still haven't determined how to clean that off.
