I took my 2015 E Class in for service to assess and repair the emergency brake which wouldn't disengage without a hard tug. Devon, the owner, spoke to me personally and told me what the issue was and what he had done to fix it. He test drove the car to make sure the problem was resolved before I picked it up. As always, the staff were courteous and helpful as well as customer focused!
