Disappointed....
I'm soooo upset with this establishment and the Owner Ben. I have been going to him for quite a while now and up until now have been very satisfied with his work. He has great mechanics and seemed to be honest until now.
I have my old car in for major mount replacement issues and while my warranty company covered the parts, I told Ben I only want Honda (OEM) parts on my car, he assured me the last time I had the mount replaced which was by him he put the Honda mount on as requested and was paid to do so. The car still was having issues and he stated that all the mounts needed to be replaced but my warranty company didn't want to pay for Honda parts. I found that weird since they just paid him (supposingly) for the part he just put on. I actually took my car to Honda to find out through my surprise that he lied and did not put a Honda part on & gave me a bogus receipt. Honda verified that it was an after market part (not Honda) and that the warranty company had no problem in paying for the right parts. Of which they did & now my car is running like a dream. Thanks Honda

Great fast service
I just don't understand why my daughter can't find a reliable mechanic out east where she lives in the Sayville area that actually knows what they are doing. Keep winding up back here, at USA Auto. Now the car is great 👍 once again.

Inspection
They pick out every little thing on your car when getting an inspection. Then give you a large bill telling you that if you don't get the following list of things done there going to fail your inspection. Not the best place to get an inspection if you don't have the money to shell out for every little thing. I ended up telling them to give my car back and they cut the list in half so the price went from $1200 to $450. I was forced to pay the $450 to get the inspection. They are not truly for helping customers but instead they squeeze every penny out of you that they can. That's my opinion of my experience with USA Auto Repair.
