Motor Oil Change
The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. During the oil change, they also inspected the car and noted with the recommendations. I will go back to perform items addressed on the note especially because they also offer courteous shuttle service.

Regular customer of Va Auto Svc
I have used many of highly recommended local Burke auto repair shops. I continue to bring my cars to Tony and his team because I have found their repairs to be honestly assessed, fairly priced and done accurate and complete the first time. I do many of my own repairs and have a fair understanding of necessary vs. unnecessary repairs. Tony always explains what is necessary vs. optional and I trust guidance relative to repairs that need to be done vs. can be done later. All my grown kids take their cars to Tony for state inspections and repairs for the same reasons I do. Highly recommend Tony and Va Auto Service.

Truck Service
Just moved to VA and was recommended to this shop for my vehicle services. Truck was used and needed quite a bit of work ( brakes,rotors, struts, fluid changes and oil change.) Extremely happy with the quality of service and pricing. Repairs done quickly too!

Great service, honest and fair
They are always great at helping me resolve issues with my car, and only spending money on what actually needs to be replaced. The dealers are always trying to upsell you on ‘recommended service or replacements’ when it’s not. Ecessary.

Very happy overall.
A mechanic accidentally split one of the tires while driving the car in to the shop for a safety inspection, but VA Auto took full responsibility and replaced it at their cost. The work seemed excellent and the issue was completely resolved within a day. Great job overall.
