I have 35,000 miles on this vehicle so definitely needed a second opinion. I brought it to VAC told him what BMW told me and they just took over. After dropping it multiple times they were able to determine that replacing the front two tires would be a great first step to see if it fixed the problem because of their significant experience and direct experience with this vehicle.
