New car purchase process
I purchased a new Yukon XL (cash deal) while I was out of state. Van overnighted the paperwork to me, I signed it all and overnighted it back. When I picked up the vehicle I asked for my Bill of Sale and warranty documents. I was told they were not available and would be mailed to me. It has been 2 months, I have spoken with Hector (sales rep) and Tom (sales manager), both stated that the finance dept would overnight the docs to me. I have emailed and spoken with Sammy in Finance 3 times and he says he will send me the documents the next day. I have never received the documents. I have called their boss several times and he will not take my call or respond to me. No one there seems to care about customer service once they are paid.
It is a simple request. Please send me my paperwork.
