I had a disappointing experience with Van Hyundai. I called 30 minutes ahead to confirm that a specific car was in stock, only to be told upon arrival that it had already been sold. Instead of offering a comparable alternative, the dealership tried to push other vehicles at significantly higher prices.
The overall customer service was frustrating. I had to wait a long time just to speak with someone, and they insisted on collecting all my personal information before even showing me the car or discussing pricing. The prices also seemed higher than other dealerships, and there was little willingness to negotiate.
A particular concern was the conduct of the sales agent, I won't say the name Start with R**** feel like from As**. His approach felt dishonest, and I was repeatedly given conflicting information. This lack of transparency made the entire process feel untrustworthy.
That said, the dealership does have a wide selection of vehicles and a clean, well-maintained showroom. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication and customer service, as the potential for a better experience is definitely there.
