came in for NYS inspection, left with new brakes!
As always, so happy with the considerate and comprehensive service. I went in for a routine NYS inspection. They found the brakes needed to be replaced, discs and rotors, and were able to do the entire job the same day and at a really good price. Excellent staff, and the friendliest service imaginable. An all-around fabulous shop.

honest and reliable
I just took my 2021 RAV4 in for inspection and routine maintenance, and was prepared to pay for a complete set of brakes as the car has 51k miles. Upon picking it up I was told the brakes still seemed to be fine and there was no need for an expensive brake job at this time. Thank you Varna Auto!

Reliable, good people. Hard workers, extremely capable and efficient. My grandparents have used their services for probably 20 years. I believe they are the best auto shop in Ithaca. I've been here for 10 years, and they are by far my favorite, most trusted shop for my car.
