Highly recommended!
I've never been to Vatos before. They were recommended from another car shop because I was having emergency issues with my vehicle and Vato's could get me in faster then other places. My experience from the start was amazing! I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were open, honest, communicative, friendly and explained everything to me that my vehicle needed done. Alex is seriously the best! He made me feel comfortable and was so friendly. Finally, a mechanic shop I can trust! I was bracing for a huge bill. Instead, Alex, was honest, professional, and explained exactly what was wrong in simple terms. He didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need and even showed me the broken part. The price was fair, and the service was quick. I won't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them for ANY car needs. Vato's is a place that cares about their customers and feels like family!
