Great service and communication
Jacob and Mariah were both extremely responsive and provided excellent service for our vehicle. We came with a list of problems many of which were difficult to diagnose and solve. Jacob took the time to explain his thought process when working through the problems with our vehicle, and provided us with updates on the service along the way. As customers we felt valued and satisfied, and grateful for getting our vehicle back into road-ready condition!

Only place I go to
No one wants to have their car looked at under the microscope: whether it’s preventative maintenance or fixing a known issue. That said, Vermont Custom Auto is the only place I take my car. From Mariah’s friendly reception and communications, to Jacob’s knowledge and honesty. I know if Jacob tells me I need to do something, whether it’s in for inspection or helping me modify, he’s telling the truth and giving me a fair price. Additionally, everything he’s worked on for me has never needed a return visit.
