Dominic, a few other team members, and the manager Craig—what an incredible crew. I can't say enough good things about them.
Do you remember the kind of service you'd get at a gas station in the 1970s? You’d stay in your car while one attendant filled your tank, another cleaned your windows, and a third checked your tires. That kind of service is rare today—but Vermont Lube brings it back!
They treat you like a real customer, not just another car pulling in. No appointment needed—I just popped in when my oil life hit 4%. With only one car in the family, I hadn’t had time to get it done sooner.
When I arrived, I parked (accidentally in a handicapped spot—oops!) and was immediately greeted by a staff member asking what I needed. I said I was there for an oil change, and they guided me to pull up behind another car already in the bay. Once that car finished and exited, they opened the stanchion and waved me in.
I stayed in my car the whole time, expecting to have time to play Yahtzee on my phone—but nope! They got right to work:
Popped the hood
Asked for my mileage
Ran a full battery of checks, including:
Front and rear wipers
High and low beams
Left and right turn signals
They were thorough, respectful, and never tried to upsell me. They changed my oil and filter, replaced the cabin filter, and checked the air filter (which was fine). All of this was done while I stayed comfortably in my car.
Craig, the manager, came over to ask how my service was—probably because it was my first time there, but still, it meant a lot. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and the team was kind, honest, and professional. And to top it off, they gave me a free car wash!
This is not a paid review—just an honest, first-time customer sharing a great experience. If you want to know more, feel free to ask me!

P.S. No photos this time, but if I had taken any, I’d definitely share them!
