Purchased a vehicle and a year after the touch screen stopped working. It has been FOUR years and has not been fixed
I purchased an Outlander in 2020 from Vickar Mitsubishi Regent, and a year after the purchase, the touchscreen display became completely unresponsive. Since the car is still under warranty, I have been calling for a replacement approximately every six months, but I am repeatedly told that there are no parts available. It has now been four years, and the touchscreen display, which controls the media and digital settings, is useless. It's pointless to have purchased a car which you pay for monthly and don't enjoy and utilize this important feature.
