Fast, Easy, Fair
I called Vick's because my brakes and rotors were shot. They picked up on the first ring and set me up for two days later. I missed my 8 o'clock appointment and didn't get there until past 1 p.m. They went ahead and took a look at my truck before I could even make it to work, gave me a full rundown of what was needed, let me pay it over the phone, and got my truck fixed up in about an hour. $375 for me to get my front brakes and rotors professionally changed in just a couple of days was much better than I expected going in. Very good customer service here, and I will certainly be back the next time my brakes start to go out.
