Fixed as promised
The Honda wouldn’t start and AAA sold wife a new battery. Then they said it was a starter problem. Finally had it towed to Vince’s. Brian diagnosed it as a problem with the key sensor on the ignition switch. He found the part across the city. Brian fit the car in and fixed it even though we didn’t have an appointment at a fair price.

Service and understanding
I've been taking all of my cars to Vincent's for about 4 years. I own a business and have 3 work vehicles.

They always call and go over pricing/work that needs to be handled.

One time I referred my friend who got a quote of over 6,000 to fix her car. I told her to take it to Brian at Vincent's... I dropped her off. We told him how much the guy in the south hills wanted. Brian's team at Vincent's was able to fix the car for under 1500. He knew how much the guy told her from south hills. He still fixed the car for under 1500. She drove it for over 8 months and then someone hit her car parked in dormant.

I think Brian has very fair and detailed pricing. My cars are also in and out quickly.

Great Auto Shop
Vince’s Automotive is always honest and great to work with. Brian is friendly and super helpful, he came to our house to pick up our vehicles for inspections right after we had our baby. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service!!!!!
They have fixed 2 of our vehicles in the past gew months! Both vehicles had serious repairs needed! They were repaired quickly and satisfactory as well as fairly priced. Highly recommend these guys! Very nice to deal with! Repairs completed in a reasonable amount of time also!!!!
