For those of you who do not know me, I am a former employee of Virgil’s and have had the exciting opportunity to invest in ownership of the company as of recent. The Virgil’s name has been a staple of the Rochester community with a deep tradition of serving the Rochester community and surrounding areas for 69 years and I am excited to continue and bring in the 70th year of serving the Rochester community in 2022. In moving forward my plan for the business will be two-fold, one continues to offer traditional services that our customers have come to expect and two continue to build upon adding new services to better serve the clients of new. Here at Virgil's Auto Repair & Towing, we offer a full-service automotive repair shop that can service all makes and models of automobiles. We also have expanded and now offer small engine repair services including and not limited to golf carts, snowblowers, and lawnmowers. Besides the traditional automotive and newly added mentioned repair services, we are offering top-notch full-service towing including light-duty towing, on-site jump starts, battery testing, and replacement, vehicle lockout services, tire changing, and fuel delivery. Fast service.
Respond very fast. Very friendly. Tow was a little high but worth it. Gave us a ride to car rental. Had car fixed and ready to go the next morning. Fast and friendly service.

Great service
Flat tire and the circumstances required me to spend over an hour in the customer service lounge. My phone had limited battery life and I wasn’t interested in what was on the tv. Also don’t have a Roku,Hulu or Netflix account. Reading materials were limited to Wine Spectator and duck hunting. I would recommend a few more magazines that would cover a general range of interests. Along with that I would suggest a laminated or framed guide on the wall to using the tv for the less tech savvy. The only complaint I would have is that the mechanic failed to reset the warning system about tire pressure- nothing crucial and more than likely an oversight. Overall excellent service and much appreciated. Thank you PS- Liking nature, I opted for the hunting magazine. Never will experience the thrill of the hunt,but learned a lot- exercise for the brain-thwarting dementia.😊

First, the tow to the shop came quickly.
The driver, JT, went above and beyond and gave me a lift home. He was knowledgeable and friendly. They got my car repaired the next day! My usual garage called it lucky if they were done in a week. My car is driving well!! Thanks guys!

Tire repair
I took my car in because it was showing a low front tire. I think Tony took it in immediately. I had had the tires rotated but they did not program the tires so it was actually a rear tire and it had a screw in it! He fixed it and properly programmed my computer to sync with the wheels! Excellent service!
