The sales team was excellent. Very knowledgeable in the products available and current offers. They took the time to get to know us personally and introduced us to the service department so we would be comfortable coming back for car repairs. Very conscious of our time and making sure we were comfortable during the buying process.

The worker that i was with was Dan. Dan worked his hardest to find me a vehicle that i would like and fit my budget. There were a couple of hoops but he made sure everything was good at the end of the day. They also call to make sure everything is going well with your new car.

Highly recommend Waikem Hyundai
I could not have been treated any better by Sales Manager Joshuea & Salesman Vaughn. I actually went in close to closing on a Friday night, to see a 2022 Tucson & test drive to buy a red one in the future. I ended up loving the pearly white hybrid & bought it. Vaughn was the nicest and most personable car salesman, I’ve ever had. He was very easy to work with & his personality made me want to refer everyone to him! He wasn’t at all pushy, answered all my questions and was very patient even at closing time. I’ll definitely be going back to him when it comes time for another new vehicle. I love my Tucson so far!

Great experience, every time
I have dealt with Waikem Hyundai for the last 8+ years and have had great experiences every time. My latest experience about 2 weeks ago with Rick Waddell was great! Long story short, I needed to get out of a lease and buy a vehicle before a job change. Rick was friendly, honest, professional, and really cared about what I needed. Even with inventory extremely low, he was able to get me into the perfect Tucson! It had the exact specifications I was looking for and in the color I wanted. He contacted me as soon as he heard of this vehicle knowing that it was what I was waiting for. I greatly appreciate that Rick remembered me as a customer and contacted me right away.
