This is small company. They know their customers and actually care about them. Waterloo Automotive truly cares what people think and they listen to what you have to say. Cuatomer Care is not about seeing how much they can charge you, and you can leave knowing that they took good care of your vehicle without overcharging you. You dont have to worry that they are trying to pull a fast one on you and list things that are wrong when they truly aren't. Staff always are friendly and are truly there to help.
