While the vehicle was here for an installation of a new headliner, there was a scratch/ chip in the customer's paint. Immediate arrangements and alternate transportaion was provided to bring the vehicle back to the factory condition. Before the customer removed the vehicle from the lot, he reviewed it with the Service Manager. The customer advised that he was very pleased with the work that was performed. While it is our goal to never be in a situation where there is damage of any kind to any vehicle that is here with us but, whenever mishaps occur we try to exhaust every effort to make sure that the proper steps are taken for immediate correction.
