Wonderful, as usual; top notch, excellent, and ichiban for good measure
My car told me I needed to have the oil changed, the front desk agreed after looking at my vehicle's history, and I made an appointment for the following day. That turned out to be today! Yippee!! I always request that the techs take a look-see for anything in the car that might be looming on the horizon (for being fixed). They couldn't find anything that needed doing. I was able to pay the bill with cash in my wallet, and I'm not one to carry very much cash. That's never happened before. I'm ecstatic! I love working with this shop. It is really lovely having folks I admire and trust to take care of my car.

Lack of Trust
I have very little confidence in the recommendations of this facility. I have had several visits to this shop including a number of warranty follow up repairs
During my latest visit, I brought the truck in for a visible oil leak that they were supposed to repair a couple of months before. They told me there was no leak (where I can SEE that oil had dropped on my driveway) but there was another leak (where there is no oil on my drive way) that will require a $3500 repair for a $200 part.

I simply brought it to the attention of the manager so he would know why he lost a customer of 4 years.

Overall, the service was fine and I appreciate my service advisor. However, my wiper fluid reservoir was not filled (it’s almost empty), so it makes me wonder what other fluids were not topped off.
Also, this is the second time that the trim piece at the corner of the windshield and hood was not replaced correctly. It was flying up at a 90 degree angle as I drove. I had to pull off the freeway to partially correct it and had my dad help me to get it fixed correctly the following day.

Regarding the windshield washer fluid reservoir, it is our standard practice to inspect and top off all fluids as part of our service process, and we sincerely apologize if this was overlooked by accident. Excellent Customer Service
The West team assessed the transmission damage to my SUV and charged fair diagnostic fees to perform two separate diagnostics. I became vehicle-less while visiting San Diego but live in another County. The team at West took good care of my car until I could have it towed to OC.

Emergency car issues
It was an emergency setting that my car was brought here. Great customer service and caring of my car while I had it towed to a closer mechanic. I found it a bit pricey.

First time with West, was tired of dealing with the Dealer robots.
Made my appointment online for scheduled maintenance. Bruce called me right after I scheduled to follow up and confirm. Dylan was great when I checked in. They provided shuttle service back home. Dylan called with recommendations in a timely fashion. The vehicle was ready by the end of the day. To my chagrin, the vehicle was beautifully washed when ready for pickup.
