Trust worthy.
I have been taking my two vehicles to this vehicle service shop for about ten years now, To Kearny Mesa first and to Mira Mar shop. I live in Mira Mesa, so Mira Mar shop is closer. I have been listening to Brian’s Auto Talk show since he started. That’s over 10 years. I believe him when it comes to taking care of vehicles. I can trust this shop. 40 points inspection with oil change. Shop will text me the inspection results. You have the choice which services you want to be done. They use factory recommended parts or best parts available. Not the cheapest parts available. The best thing about this shop is that, I can get a ride from the shop back to my house and back to the shop. I definitely keep taking my vehicles to this shop as long I have my vehicles.

The check-in process was done in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, After a complete maintenance check, I was notified of the problems identified, the recommended corrections and the estimated costs. Round trip shuttle service was provided to and from my home.

Problem Solved in a Few Hours
After two months of problems and time in and out of two local dealers, they took care of my (non-warranted) repair for MUCH LESS than I was quoted from my dealer. With a diagnosis in hand, they were able to replace the part and have my car back on the road in a few hours. Since I am soon out of warranty, they will become my new go-to auto shop. Thank you!
