Sandra said they were having trouble with the air conditioner and had to put a compressor in there, which was a lot of money, and it was still blowing hot air out. She said that they took it back in and another employee waited on them and had to get another part, which would cause them to pay more. They were upset about that because they felt like the service should have been right the first time. She said someone else stepped in and fixed the issue, and helped them save a lot of money for the second service.
