I can't express the level of satisfaction I received when I took my daughter's vehicle in for repair. The service manager Mel and his staff really made me feel I made the right decision.. 1 day turround at an affordable price. I highly recommend them. Because they care..

Talk is cheap but the their honest and efficient work here with Mr. Mel; Mr. Michael & Mr. Todd speak volumes.
Highly recommended which is an on-going thing for me to all my brethren in the Church whi needs vehicle service; friends and relatives.

Mel saved me $$ - encouraged me to check warranty on parts I had previously purchased from NAPA. They were under warranty saving me money. Very friendly, timely and I believe up front with cost and what needed to be done

So Thankful I Found Westview
I needed a mechanic because I’m not fond of going to those corporate places where they’re always trying to part you from your money. I’ve been to Westview three times and each time the service has been amazing, the people who run it are friendly, and they fix what’s wrong with my vehicles that day and get me on my way. They don’t try to upsell me on services I don’t need. They’re honest and straightforward. Talking to other customers while waiting for them to open, apparently they’re like mechanics used to be before the corporate world took over. I can’t recommend them enough.

Vehicle State Inspection
Efficient state inspection, straight forward, not gimmicks, no gouging for parts or repairs. State inspections start at 7:30. Have to be there well before that to get in line for morning inspections.

Just a state inspection but it was in and out: record time.
Came in for a state inspection. Expected to wait a long time; however, got right in within minutes. Wow, great service. Mike does excellent work, quick and thorough. Friendly and courteous with fast turnaround on inspection. Also planning on additional repair work on another vehicle soon.

Inspection
they got me in for a same day inspection, which seems rare this late in the month. I sat and waited for a while, and watched them give people great diagnostics, and fair prices on their quotes, and even referring customers elsewhere when they thought that was in their best interest. Very impressed with the customer services
