In for a car inspection
Westview auto was kind enough to let me drop of my vehicle the evening before as I am unable to get there in the mornings due to work. There were no issues with my 20 year old Highlander which was great! I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. They are a friendly group of people.

Best Auto Shop Ever!
It’s very difficult to find a good auto shop and nearly impossible to find a great one. Therefore, I am extremely fortunate to have found Westview Auto, where the service is honest and excellent! I was referred to them by a long-time costumer five years ago and have been satisfied since.

I had great customer service at the front counter
I went for my car to be inspected. My wait time was 10 or 15 minutes, which to me is extraordinary. My car was inspected very fast as well. I can't think of the gentleman name at the front counter but he asked me when I leave to check my vehicle to see if my paperwork was in there, and I went to check and it wasn't and in doing so, I noticed that the gentleman that inspected my car did not put a rug protector over my carpet, the little paper ones. He just entered my car with his greasy boots and left a big greasy stain on my carpet, also after leaving my hood came up he did not close my hood after he inspect my car. I did call and complain about this. The gentleman that did my inspection has been working there a long time and he should know better.. he been working there when Vann was there. I am very disappointed in him, but again the new gentleman that's there and I'm sorry I can't remember his name right now but he is very professional , caring and very polite..

Quick and efficient
