Above and beyond
First, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from Mrs. Williamson when I drop my vehicle off for Service. I came there with a list of things that I was told by another mechanic that needs to be done, but after Mr. Williamson check my vehicle out compared to that list, he found that half of the things that were listed did not need to be done. I really really appreciate his honesty and his thorough work on my vehicle.
