Good sales experience - HOWEVER dealership manager lacks integrity
Very pleasant - hassle free purchase experience of a 2025 Hyundai Ionic 5 with my sales person Dylan Goodness, HOWEVER the integrity of the dealership manager (AJ Britton) is at question. At the completion of my transaction, AJ Britton personally made a promise to reimburse a a post delivery expense that I incurred, that promise has still not been honored after more than two months. The promise has continued to string along - with "the checks in the mail" type of excuse - and has still yet to be resolved.
