Thank you Winn’s!
As someone who recently relocated to Central NY, I was concerned about finding a reputable and trustworthy car repair shop in the area. Winn’s was the first shop I tried, and I’m happy to report my search is over. Alex was warm and welcoming, Nate was super friendly and competent. He found an issue (a rodent’s nest in my engine compartment) of which I was unaware, addressed everything promptly, and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was satisfied with the service. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more professional experience. Kudos to Winn’s; I will be happy to be a repeat customer when other car maintenance issues emerge.
