My mother had an issue with her 2018 Santa Fe with dash lights continuously coming on. After three trips to the service department they still were not fixed. I wrote a one star review at that time and that night the general manager Chris called my Mom and asked if they could meet with us the next morning. There were four Hyundai employees in the meeting with us including their best maintenance tech. They took the car and remedied the issue. I was impressed that they made it right. I was in maintenance for a long time so I was relieved to see they had the maintenance guy in the meeting. Although I don’t believe you should have to bring your car in four times to repair it, Chris was all over it once he became aware of the review. Thanks Chris and the others in the meeting for making it right
