our truck barely passed smog and would not pass next time because it needed an oxygen sensor. I opted to fix truck now . Desiree explained all the details about the process (they have to order the part), including estimated cost. Desiree called me at home later to let me know part was not in stock and truck would not be ready until the next day. I received a call @ noon the next day when truck was ready. The bill was what was quoted. I went to pick up truck. Again, I was helped right away. I was in and out in minutes. The truck runs great. Desiree was great Customer service is outstanding here. I have never had a bad experience at Woodcrest Auto. I would highly recommend this business to others. Thank you, Woodcrest Auto for taking care of our older vehicle.
