Top notch service
Professional and prompt service. They fixed the initial problem then I asked them to check out my car to see what else it might need. They made reasonable suggestions but didn’t try to sell me on doing anything unnecessary.
They are always willing to to take a few minutes to explain the work they completed and what if any maintenance that might be needed in the near future.

Quick turnaround on non starting analysis
Went for coffee early. Later as went to church, car would not start. Jumped the battery and drove to a couple locations. Once back in driveway, no start. After talking to Chris, jumped battery again to drop for servicing to determine if battery, alternator or something else. After checking, the battery was the culprit and being installed last than a year, it was replaced at no charge.

Replacement of catalytic Converter.
I am a longtime patron of XDealer Tech, and have referred many of my friends and relatives that drive Mercedes Benz or BMW. They are trustfully and excellent mechanics. This repair was a great deal cheaper than using the BMW dealer. I had estimates from both.

Jeff and Chris and the team at XDealerTechs are a breath of fresh air when seeking a shop to service your vehicle. They take time to perform very detailed assessments of your vehicle and provide you reasonable options / timing to address any problems found.
