I needed a catalytic converter replaced very quickly as I work 30 miles from home. They got it done.
2 days later, I had a use with a radiator hose. Worked me in and was extremely fair about it. They even changed a break light that was out. I’ve used them a couple of times now,, and always feel as though they care.

My jeep doesn't allow me to go over 5 mph when it has an issue (it shows a turtle on the dashboard).
My battery was <1% and I had just purchased a new battery at AutoZone. They were reluctant to change the battery because it had a tow package attached, more complicated. I had to have the new battery installed, it wasn't safe to drive at 5 mph. I stopped at Pfefferle on Niles, explained my problem, and they graciously squeezed me in. Excellent service. The wait was much shorter than I anticipated. I have been bringing automobiles to Pfefferle's for 20 years and have always had good service. i highly recommend.

otes, they were always the best rate by far! Steve and Lauren have always been very helpful, and my repairs are always done quickly but most importantly, they're done right. I have a new vehicle now, but I am still going to be using them for my maintenance because they are so much better priced than the dealer for pretty much ALL my needs. They have never been high pressure to do work. My mother-in-law had her car in to get checked and instead of taking her money for a lot of repairs, Steve's was honest and let her know he was not comfortable doing all the work he COULD have because the car was not worth it.
