One of my tires had been losing pressure over the past week so it was no surprise when is saw that th
e tire had a large screw embedded in it. The next morning I took my vehicle to Ron's shop where I was greeted by Mike, told him the problem with the tire and was told "no problem." Later that day I received a call saying that my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
All-in-all, the experience was smooth and no hassle. Having lived in Portola Valley for nearly 25 years, I have to say that this is typical of the service that we have always received at Ron Ramies Automotive.

I initially needed a smog check and walked in. They were very helpful and efficient. They did a ch
eck point of my car and found that the oil was low, the steering fluid was low as well. I knew I was overdue for a service so went ahead and did it the next day. Staff was friendly, helpful, and did the job right. The price was very reasonable. It’s nice to support and know a local business near my home that I can rely on.
