I had always serviced my vehicle at the dealership, but this time I decided to take it to Terry Wynte
r for an oil change and to have a couple of other issues checked out.
During the inspection, they found that the engine oil had been overfilled by about a quart, and the air filter appeared as though it had never been replaced in the six years I've owned the vehicle. This was especially surprising since the car had been serviced every 5,000 miles by a franchise dealership here in Fort Myers.
That experience made it clear to me that "dealer serviced" doesn't always guarantee quality work. Terry Wynter was thorough, honest, and attentive, and they've earned my trust. I'll be using them for all of my future vehicle maintenance and have already recommended them to several of my colleagues.
